Shipping policy

1. The minimum order per delivery is [HK$150].

2. Delivery service is only available to areas within Hong Kong main Island. For purchases above $500HKD in Hong Kong SAR, free delivery is provided. For purchases below $500, please pick your order in the College Office or collect them by payment to SF Express upon arrival

3. Products (except made to order premium gifts products and music boxes) will be delivered to the address nominated by you within 24 hours after making the order. St. John's College will not be responsible for deliveries to an incorrect or outdated address. Premium gifts products and Music boxes are handmade to order, their lead time are presented in the product description.

4. All deliveries shall be checked and signed for by the individual customer or an authorized representative of the corporate customer at the time of delivery. Signature will be deemed to be made by an authorized representative of the customer and constitute acceptance of delivery of a complete order.

5. If any part of an order is found to be missing or incorrect, or the order is rejected on delivery, the customer shall inform us immediately by calling us at 2817 7201.

6. Delivery service may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during red or black rainstorm warning, or the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above.
